【摘要】 介紹了水煤漿篩分設(shè)備在煤漿制備系統(tǒng)的作用及國(guó)產(chǎn)煤漿振動(dòng)篩的使用情況。國(guó)產(chǎn)水煤漿振動(dòng)篩工作4 000h后,會(huì)出現(xiàn)操作彈性不大、設(shè)備維護(hù)困難,影響氣化裝置長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行和搶修振動(dòng)篩浪費(fèi)生產(chǎn)成本等不足。為此將水煤漿振動(dòng)篩更換成了煤漿回轉(zhuǎn)篩,投運(yùn)后,t甲醇耗精煤比振動(dòng)篩降低0.1t,年可節(jié)省精煤2.4萬(wàn)t;運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單;保證了氣化爐長(zhǎng)周期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
【英文摘要】 The CWS screening equipment in the coal slurry preparation system and the important role of China-made coal slurry vibrating screen have been introduced,besides,the problems occurred in the operation have been put forward.Through technical research,a simple structure of the coal slurry rotary screen has been successfully applied to solve the actual operation problems of the project.
