【摘要】 介紹了煉鋼轉(zhuǎn)爐煤氣除塵水系統(tǒng)的工藝和水質(zhì)特性,分析了除塵水的水溫、pH、懸浮物、硬度和堿度的變化情況及其危害性?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)采用強(qiáng)化絮凝沉降去除懸浮物,投加水質(zhì)改進(jìn)劑和阻垢分散劑進(jìn)行水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定的處理技術(shù)處理該系統(tǒng),取得了較好的效果。
【英文摘要】 The technology of dust removing water system of the converter smoke gas in steel-making is introduced.The changes of temperature,pH value,suspended substances,hardness,and alkalinity,and their harmfulness are analyzed.Intensified flocculation degradation process has been used for removing the suspended substances.Water quality improver and scale inhibition dispersing agent are added to carry on the water quality stabilization technology.Through practice on site,a pretty good efficiency has been obtained.
