據(jù)全球能源新聞網(wǎng)4月6日?qǐng)?bào)道,俄氣石油沃斯托克公司(Gazpromneft Vostok)已承攬位于托木斯克州的烏爾馬諾-阿琴斯卡亞(Urmano-Archinskaya)油田群的一個(gè)數(shù)字孿生項(xiàng)目。這一創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)是公司生產(chǎn)控制中心(PCC)提供的工具之一,該中心匯集了各種油氣田基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施模型。推出這一數(shù)字孿生將有可能提高碳?xì)浠衔锂a(chǎn)量(同時(shí)也提高環(huán)境友好性),以及提高伴生石油天然氣(APG)的利用率。

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES BOOST GAZPROM NEFT’S PRODUCTION IN TOMSK REGION

Gazpromneft-Vostok has commissioned a digital twin of the Urmano-Archinskaya group of fields, located in the Tomsk Oblast. This innovative system is one of the tools available through the company’s Production Control Centre (PCC), which brings together various oil and gas field infrastructure models. Launching this digital twin will make it possible to increase hydrocarbon production (while also increasing environmental friendliness), as well as increasing associated petroleum gas (APG) utilisation.

This integrated digital twin has been developed for the Urmano-Archinskaya group bringing together models covering strata, wells and infrastructure facilities. This will increase efficiency in managing production well stock and oil gathering and treatment facilities, as well as in ensuring optimum in-field APG usage.

The Gazpromneft-Vostok PCC currently controls the operation of 49 cluster pads, more than 500 wells, and five hydrocarbon treatment facilities, across 10 fields in the Tomsk and Omsk Oblasts,round the clock. Helped by digital analytical and forecasting tools, engineers monitor and support the processes involved in oil production, processing the oil to marketable standards, and its transportation.

The PCC’s activities are supported by a cross-functional team including engineers, geologists, technologists, and IT specialists. Digital systems increase speed and quality in decision making, and help minimise non-productive losses, while maximising production efficiency. Going forward, as new assets come onstream, development of these will also be managed by the PCC.

Now, Industry 4.0 tools are helping us at every stage of new projects — from hydrocarbon prospecting and installation of surface-facilities and infrastructure, to drilling support and ongoing asset development. Launching a digital production control system in the Tomsk and Omsk Oblasts means we can unleash the full production potential of both mature and new fields, as effectively and as safely, for both people, and the environment, as possible.”
