鑄鋼平臺的材質(zhì)：采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼或合金鑄鋼制造，工作面硬度為HB320-380，鑄鋼平臺經(jīng)過兩次人工處理（人工退火600度-700度和自然時(shí)效2-3年）使該產(chǎn)品的精度穩(wěn)定，耐磨性能好。鑄鋼平臺的規(guī)格：200mm×200mm—3000mm×6000mm（特殊規(guī)格可根據(jù)需方圖紙制作或雙方商定生產(chǎn)加工）

鑄鋼平臺的精度：按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)量檢定規(guī)程執(zhí)行分別為0、1、2、3四個(gè)等級

Precision accuracy:T-slot plates shall be classified as Grade 0, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3.

The cast steel plate serves as the measuring basis, which is used for inspecting the machinery parts`geometric tolerance such as flatness ,straightness ,etc. Also, it can be used to the scribbling , abrasive machining equipment installation and more. Cast steel is not only can be used to measuring and inspection workpiece ,but also service as the plate to grinding, welding, assembly and so on.
