【摘要】 介紹了銅冠冶化分公司400 kt/a硫鐵礦制酸裝置用于石膏脫水的VZU 160/5.0G型垂直籃筐式離心機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和應(yīng)用情況。與普通螺旋離心機(jī)相比,該離心機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、石膏處理量大、脫水效果好、使用壽命長的優(yōu)點(diǎn),石膏脫水后二次污染小、可綜合利用。
【英文摘要】 Structure of VZU 160/5.0G vertical basket centrifuge and its application in a 400 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant in Tongguan Metallurgical Chemical Industry Branch are described.Compared with conven- tional decanter centrifuge,the centrifuge had advantages of more reasonable structure design,larger treatment capacity,better dehydration effect and longer service life.Furthermore,dehydrated gypsum produced less sec- ondary contamination and was recyclable.
