【摘要】 運(yùn)用有限元分析軟件ANSYS,對廢熱鍋爐建立了考慮筒體和換熱管影響的管板真正實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)的三維模型,對其進(jìn)行機(jī)械應(yīng)力分析,得出管板的變形和應(yīng)力分布云圖。將分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行應(yīng)力線性化處理,按照J(rèn)B4732—95《鋼制壓力容器——分析設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中的應(yīng)力分類和評定方法對管板進(jìn)行了評定。
【英文摘要】 By using finite element analysis software ANSYS,the 3-D model of real structure of waste heat boiler was built when the effect of tubesheet interacted with cylinder and tube was taken into account.Based on the mechanical stress analysis,the deformation of the tubesheet and the stress distribution diagram were obtained.Then,the results were treated with linearization method and assessed with the rules of stress classification specified in JB4732.
