【摘要】 概述了顆粒離心干燥機(jī)工作原理及其在聚合物水下造粒后干燥中的廣泛應(yīng)用。以Gala和Carter Day公司相關(guān)產(chǎn)品為例,綜述了其進(jìn)展及國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀。這種脫水-干燥一體化的機(jī)型具有設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、產(chǎn)量高、干燥時(shí)間短、能耗低及操作連續(xù)、簡單等特點(diǎn)。表明了國內(nèi)外在其基本原理和設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則方面缺乏定量的理論依據(jù),為此需要開展相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)研究,如分析產(chǎn)量和干燥程度這兩個(gè)相互制約的指標(biāo)與各結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝參數(shù)的關(guān)系,這對(duì)于正確選型和設(shè)計(jì)更高效率設(shè)備非常重要。
【英文摘要】 The mechanism,evolution of centrifugal pellet dryer and the wide application in drying polymer pellet in granulation are reviewed.Two typical dryer structures,the Gala model and Carter Day model are compared.The industrial dryer incorporates two functions of dewatering and drying in one machine exhibiting compactness,short drying period and high output.Power consumption is low and operation is simple and continuous.However,there are no quantitative relations of output and drying index with structure size an...
