據(jù)3月6日油田技術(shù)報道，Pharos Energy證實(shí)，它正在參與購買殼牌在埃及西部沙漠的上游投資組合，目前正處于評估的初步階段。

公司董事會繼續(xù)致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)長期發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略，其戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是通過對投資項(xiàng)目的嚴(yán)格管理和對增長機(jī)會的謹(jǐn)慎選擇，為公司創(chuàng)造價值。董事會根據(jù)嚴(yán)格的戰(zhàn)略、財務(wù)和運(yùn)營標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評估并購機(jī)會。只有在董事會通過，股東批準(zhǔn)的情況下，才會進(jìn)行交易。

目前還不能確定是否會向殼牌提出建議，也不能確定是否會發(fā)生交易。
