俄氣石油將繼續(xù)獨(dú)自開發(fā)梅列托亞哈油氣項(xiàng)目

據(jù)俄羅斯油氣網(wǎng)4月14日圣彼得堡報(bào)道，荷蘭皇家殼牌公司日前已告訴俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)石油公司(俄氣石油)，由于具有挑戰(zhàn)性的外部環(huán)境，殼牌公司將不會(huì)尋求完成一項(xiàng)旨在通過梅列托亞哈油氣項(xiàng)目建立一家合資企業(yè)的協(xié)議。

俄氣石油將按照先前批準(zhǔn)的工作計(jì)劃繼續(xù)獨(dú)自開發(fā)這些之前打算組成合資企業(yè)一部分的許可證區(qū)塊。 合資企業(yè)擁有梅列托亞哈油氣田、Tazovsky Severo-Sambrugsky區(qū)塊以及位于亞馬爾涅涅茨自治區(qū)的兩個(gè)Zapadno-Yubileiny區(qū)塊。在此基礎(chǔ)上，Tazovsky油田的開發(fā)和商業(yè)生產(chǎn)預(yù)計(jì)將在2020年底開始。

殼牌公司作出的有關(guān)這筆交易的決定不會(huì)影響其在俄羅斯發(fā)展其業(yè)務(wù)的承諾，包括與俄氣石油在目前和潛在新的機(jī)會(huì)上的合作。

Gazprom Neft to continue its development of the Meretoyakhaneftegaz project independently

Shell has advised Gazprom Neft that, due to the challenging external environment, it will not pursue the completion of a deal to create a joint venture through Meretoyakhaneftegaz.

Gazprom Neft will continue developing those license blocks previously intended to form part of the joint venture (the Meretoyakhinskoye field, the Tazovsky and Severo-Sambrugsky blocks, and two Zapadno-Yubileiny blocks in the Yamal Nenets Autonomous District) independently, in accordance with the previously approved work plan. On which basis, development of and commercial production at the Tazovsky field is expected to start by end-2020.

This decision by Shell with regard to this transaction will not impact its commitment to developing its business in Russia, including cooperation with Gazprom Neft, on current and potential new opportunities.
