巴國(guó)油同意出售波蒂瓜爾盆地淺水油田

據(jù)油氣技術(shù)7月10日消息稱，巴西國(guó)家石油公司已與OP Pescada天然氣公司（歐魯普雷圖天然氣公司的全資子公司）簽訂合同，出售其在巴西東北部北里奧格蘭德波蒂瓜爾盆地淺水區(qū)的鱈魚、阿巴納和登踏油田的全部股份。

銷售價(jià)值為150萬(wàn)美元，分兩期支付:(a)在簽署交易時(shí)支付30萬(wàn)美元;以及(b)交易完成時(shí)的120萬(wàn)美元(不考慮應(yīng)付的調(diào)整)。

巴西國(guó)家石油公司是這三個(gè)油田的運(yùn)營(yíng)者，擁有65%的權(quán)益和OP Pescada天然氣公司持有其余35％的股權(quán)。2020年1月至2020年6月，佩斯卡達(dá)集群的石油平均產(chǎn)量約為260桶/天和天然氣產(chǎn)量為19萬(wàn)立方米/天。

Petrobras agrees to sell shallow water fields in Potiguar Basin

Petrobras has signed with OP Pescada óleo e Gás Ltda., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ouro Preto óleo e Gás S.A., an agreement for the sale of its entire stake in the Pescada, Arabaiana, and Dent?o fields located in the shallow waters of the Potiguar Basin, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte.

The sale value is US$1.5 million, to be paid in two installments: (a) US$300 000 at signing of the transaction; and (b) US$1.2 million at closing of the transaction, without considering the adjustments due.

Petrobras is the operator of the three fields with 65% interest and OP Pescada óleo e Gás Ltda. holds the remaining 35% in consortium. The average production of the Pescada Cluster from January to June 2020 was approximately 260 bpd and 190 000 m3/d of gas.
