切尼爾宣布完成液化項(xiàng)目的3號(hào)生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)

據(jù)天然氣資訊4月7日消息稱，切尼爾能源公司宣布，科珀斯克里斯蒂（Corpus Christi）液化項(xiàng)目的第3條生產(chǎn)線已于2021年3月26日完成。調(diào)試工作已經(jīng)完成，切尼爾的EPC合作伙伴貝克特爾石油天然氣和化工有限公司已將3號(hào)生產(chǎn)線的照管、保管和控制移交給切尼爾。

切尼爾其子公司和貝克特爾已經(jīng)宣布，科珀斯克里斯蒂液化項(xiàng)目和塞賓帕斯液化項(xiàng)目共八條液化生產(chǎn)線在每條生產(chǎn)線保證完工日期之前并在項(xiàng)目預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)實(shí)質(zhì)性完成。

隨著項(xiàng)目的實(shí)質(zhì)性完成，未來(lái)3號(hào)生產(chǎn)線的液化天然氣銷售的財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)果將反映在切尼爾及其附屬公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)報(bào)表中。

Substantial completion of Train 3 at liquefaction project announced by Cheniere

Cheniere Energy, Inc. (Cheniere) has announced that Substantial Completion of Train 3 at the Corpus Christi liquefaction project was achieved on 26 March 2021. Commissioning is complete and Cheniere’s EPC partner Bechtel Oil, Gas and Chemicals, Inc. (Bechtel) has turned over care, custody, and control of Train 3 to Cheniere.

Cheniere, its subsidiaries, and Bechtel have now declared Substantial Completion on a total of eight liquefaction trains at the Corpus Christi liquefaction project and the Sabine Pass liquefaction project ahead of each train’s guaranteed completion date and within project budgets.

With the achievement of Substantial Completion, financial results of LNG sales from Train 3 going forward will be reflected in the statement of operations of Cheniere and its applicable affiliates.
